Shipping Policy

All of our products are handmade to order however sometimes usually over the summer period we do hold some stock.
Orders will be processed straight away as soon as the customer purchases the product online. It can then take between 3- 7 days for the item to be dispatched.
Once dispatched the customer will receive and email or text to tell them their product in on its way.

Our shipping prices are as follows:

Standard Shipping - X day delivery (from dispatch)
£X.XX - 2kg and under (Cushions & Throws)
£X.XX - up to 2kg

Returns & Refunds
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable, as they are crafted specifically to your requirements. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
